Shipping and Delivery Time :
We accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received. We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our primary carrier. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. You will receive a tracking link along with your shipment confirmation when your package leaves the warehouse. Tiny Dragon Store ships to all 50 U.S. states and follows the standard methods available by USPS.
Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 3-7 business days from the time the order is placed. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday and shipped within 3-7 days. USPS does not pick up or deliver on weekends.
Shipping Destinations and Order Transit time :
The package will be delivered after fulfillment (1-3 business days), if anything else is not announced. Shipping fees specified in US Dollar (USD) will be displayed in checkout before the final payment step.
Shipping method :
Economy (3-7 business days) after fulfillment (1-3 business days): $5.99 + $2 each extra item for the entire order. (During big holidays, production time will be longer!)
International Shipping : $17.11 + $5.5 each extra item for the entire order.
International taxes and duties :
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package upon delivery. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
Package Damaged & Customer Service
If you notice that a package has been damaged in transit, please reject the products and notify our customer service. If you are not there when the item is delivered, please contact our customer service to discuss next steps.
